AoW

The clan a 2008 poster called the most dominant on Darktide in its late prime, with Genos and Lotus Rising asked about in the same breath. One founding member says he helped start it, as Itmotep, with Killer Whale (Serptera); Al Krieger fought in it in 2002 and 2003; another remembered his best years as the AoW days. Killer Whale's own monarchy in the spring 2003 TreeStats list held Feeble, Killer Whale, Majik Man, Semioteric and Tapir, all in the 150s and 160s; whether that monarchy was AoW, or AoW was a tag across several, nothing found says. Genos, its best-known name, had the second-highest kill count on Darktide's PK Hunter ladder in June 2003, 2,898.
