Yeti / Yeti X

Darktide had more than one Yeti. The gang's Yeti was the Canadian who came into Og with the JoV men; the House of Sagacious biography below belongs to a Yeti who also called himself Missing Link and Yeti X, and an Evil Yeti sat 114th on the PK Hunter ladder in June 2003. One player or three.

The Canadian was one of the people Dranven was closest to in the gang: the Patryn and JoV men who joined up in Og after the main JoV crowd quit, Yeti first among them.

Started on Morningthaw on Christmas Day 1999, moved to Darktide in February 2000 and joined Sagacious's House of Sagacious. Played Yeti, a mage sold at 39, then Yeti X, an unarmed fighter with great Melee Defense sold at 38, then Missing Link. Spent four days in JoV, got stabbed in the back, rerolled. Wrote "The state of Darktide" for the DNN in October 2000, blaming Ayan Baqur for the server going soft, and is credited next to Dranven on the DNN template guide.
