My Idea for SH town rules:
1. No Gear, use gear = Kos
2. No loging of anytime during a raid, log = Kos
3. No play fighting in town, or kos
4. No asking for buffs or trade items (spaming), or kos
5. Wearing Armor is strictly optional while in town, naked being encouraged
6. No helping those darn rpkers out with imperials/inepts/vulns
7. All must carry 5k+ death items, or kos
8. All muling and trade transactions must be at the wasp portal drop, or kos
9. As with #5 buffs are optional, but they seem unpopular in SH anyway
10. The use of lifestone recall and portal recall are prohibited during a raid
11. Running to the heartland portal during a raid is probitibited
12. It is best to take on pkers in a set of small fights, so if you see a pker raiding and fighting someone continue about you business until he feels you turn to fight has come
13. Drain health other I-VII and the Hollow katar are banned in use at all times by SH residents

15. One month after these rules have been in effect Stonehold will now be known as Shollos's GMS FarmOk thats my idea for town rules...plz get back with me on when we can get these working to create a better SH for us all.
