Dark-Vlad was in town and killed me with his hollow, I did not know who he was since he was standing next to the regulars and did not nothing..

When i asked him why he killed me and if he was a PK monarch he said: i'm neutral and i don't want probs in this town!

so he well, KOS him

Dark-Vlad is the monarch and he has only 2 followers

God, finally. This kid was in PRX under the Peacekeeper's group, then was TAO when Ronan merged with them. Took em a while, but after he killed my char (last straw in a LONG series of events with this child) he was kicked out. He's a damned 10 year old (or acts it well), and I'll ENJOY kicking his ass ALL OVER SH. hehehe he owes me about 10 GMS and a LOT of frustration.
