Yes god mode can still be done if done right. which basically means the people who were good at it can still do it fairly easily while the people who rarely or never did it have little chance without alot of practice. They suceeded in making it difficult for the smaller group that rarely or never used it while the ones that had made themselves pros at it still do it easily; I like how the you jumped to soon message makes you stand there while say a zofrit wastes you doing soemthing like the fire stone dungeon when you needed to make one more jump to be clear which is a pain in the this and any other jump laiden dungeons. As for gear closest turbine has come to annoucing a fix was somethign about hoping maybe a quick fix before May when they announced info about the April update. To really fix gear they are going to need to find a way to make changes both client and server side or they will just end up with another godmode like fix more then likely. As for other games coming out, hope someone suggests they work on fixes for these type of thigns before the game goes retail or will be same thing especially in anything allowing PvP as there will always be gimps looking for the cheap kill.
