BK = Bot Killer
S = Scammer
T = Thief
Anything besides the above 4 reasons will need a reason they are added. Any entries without either the above 4 codes or a descriptive reason will be removed.

Those 4 codes reflect reasons that will taint the list and will cause members like the 3 latest of yours to be added to it. Those codes and reasons will not be acceptable.
