Our rules are based on a point system ( however there are exceptions and its based on severity ).
Generally, a stupid mistake will net you 1 of 2 allowable strikes, number 2 will result in your removal from the guild and possible KOS list.
#1 MAY lead to either based on just how severe the crime.
1) Our number one goal is to have fun, and ensure that those around us are having fun, this means no excessive poop talk, racsist behaviour and try to treat all players with respect this means your enemies as well, I understand that some people really don't deserve it, but do your best to be the better man, say good fight, walk away even if they are calling you names and spamming you like an 8 year old girl.
2) No Stealing / Scamming ( EVER to ANYONE )
3) No Hacking
4) No Cheating ( Ie Gear, Crazy exploit of the day etc ), you get the idea.

Is NOT acceptable. It is not a readily KOS'able offense. It is determined on a case by case scenario. What's this mean? Simply DON'T do it.
Just because your enemies deem it fit to trash talk does not make it acceptable for you to do it often. Often the severity of trash talking does not matter. Simply doing it may get you in trouble or reported IG to an admin. Trash talk with excessive foul language and lewd gestures CAN AND WILL get you banned from AC. Keep away from it.
Not sure what trash talking is? Say hello to Al Neo of BRN (IG as In Flames) and you're sure to get more than an ear-full of it. =Þ
Curb your mouths and act maturely. If you don't think we will reprimand you for it, then just refer to the recent case that involved the removal of a Core Member of TLS. The trash talk was not the sole reason for his removal, however, it tipped the iceberg for him and will for you too. |
6) Level Restriction at the Mansion/Villa/Guild LS and for new recruits: (amended)

This means you must be at or over the 50th level to join the guild. What about friends that come to DT and want to join your side? I will allow exceptions to this rule, however, they require a LEADER'S approval. Once they are in, they are YOUR responsibility until level 50. If they don't follow the rules and receive a strike.... You BOTH receive a strike. So choose carefully.
Level 30+ only allowed at mansion:
This rule is no more. You may participate at the villa at any level. However, there are stipulations for you youger (level wise) characters/players.
NO BEGGING for BUFFS, HANDOUTS, ETC...
You may ask if someone has time to help you out. If not, then leave it be and don't be sour. Do not spam or pester members of our guild or ANY GUILD of Antiville.
You will not be killed for disobeying. I will not have my members killing each other anymore. You should NEVER kill a guildmate regardless of situation (if it's a TK, then he's obviously not a guildmate and deserves to die).
What's the penalty?
You will be removed from the guild. No if's and's or but's. Simple as that.
I will create a thread on the complaint forums. If you are annoyed repeatedly by a lower level player for handouts, buffs, etc... You are to SCREEN SHOT it and post a complaint on the "Pester" thread of the complaint forum. We will request the SS for proof, so have it ready and viewable for everyone. If you need someone to assist you in getting it hosted, as always, we will help.
After reviewing the SS, we will simply just remove the member from the guild.
What does this mean for you guys with rerolls just asking for help? Tread lightly. You were the one that decided to reroll. Not us. It's your responsibility to get your new character up to pace. |
7) No Playfighting at the mansion or our new lifestone.
No attacking guildmates, or friendlies ( allies )
9) NO fellowing with, hunting with, PK'ing with enemy guilds, sure you can have friends in other guilds, but if you want to shoot the breeze try and make it in a secluded area when noone is around. When your guildmate or friendly guild is in need, you are to help them vrs the PK regardless of your relationship with the PK.
10) NO Vassals are to be taken without going threw the recruiting process, for information see the recruitment board.
11) NO BREAKING the chains EVER!
12) NO PORTAL LOGGING! If you use a log on PK program and accidently leave it on, you better hope you have proof. It's not hard to tell. MiniPK logs all that happens. If you lose connection, then IMMEDIATELY Screenshot the yellow/red link. You will not get away with the "lost connection" bit unless you have proof of it.
Amendment: Times have changed. Open Air logging is not condoned under any issues!
13) ALL Character 's MUST carry the Khao tag. If you leave TLS all must leave and any breaking of any chains will lead to KOS.
14.) YOU are not allowed to fello with any rpk clans if caught will be possible kosing from the guild. (KILL THEM)
