Please pm me with a link to logs/screens shots and i will review them, if i see them as being not worth a kos i will then forward them to APL who will make the final choice on this.
But this is a good chance for people who think they were unfairly kosed to get a last chance at getting it worked out.
Please make sure you have a screenshot at least.
and please dont waste my time if you know you did something wrong worth a kos dont waste my time.

Yo jess, I'm here to see if you can help get Hwoarang off "Perma-KOS", he's there for trash talking arc mage xiv I believe. I'm not sure if there ever was a post to git him KOSed, I think arc just made it that way. Thanx in advance for your help.

The problem with that is i think he is kos to every anti clan there is.

A few I'm sure, but gotta start somewhere, I expect to beable to get him off any KOS list he's on except Arc's. But Arcs a stubborn old mule anyway, I don't think I'll be at peace with him for very long.

just an fyi we had the hwoarang(sp?) perma kos because the account was recalled by original owner from the guy who plays kortz a while ago.
We removed it for arc mages sake so if you bought that account id get rid of it, its already been recalled once by the original owner which is not a good sign.
If its still in control of testify, testify was originally going to be kos because he had threatened to kill various TLS including me and nim at vod and trash talking tls in general. (also luring monsters to tls fellowship)
He deleted his character and said he quit ac so we never kos'd it.
He later came back as hwoarang(This is when we removed the hwoarang account from permakos) and then proceeded to get kos by TLS again and i think every other anti monarch out there.
(and btw, testify said he already had a different character on our kos list for TKing so thats like 3 times testify has been kos)
So if your a new owner, id get rid of the account.
If its still testify i wouldnt remove him from the kos list, he has been on it three times all on different characters.
