Hello everyone, i would like to start out by thanking lifetank for having logs, without them i would of never caught this guy tking me
Here is kinda how the story goes. Qua'lude got banned because of his name for a year, then got back his account but had to change his name to Qa Rename. I broke allegiance from him because he was suspended of his account for an entire year (what do you want me to do, stay under a patron for a full year until he gets unbanned? I had only know him for a couple of days). But anyways getting to the point, I have been tked by QA Rename on 2 different occassions that i can prove and i suspect more tk's from him because this is not the first time something like this has happened, infact it's happened almost every night. --- Here are the logs from lifetank from which i looked up this morning. (i set up in 60+ sewers 3rd dugneon where drudges are and i was grouped with Ch'ong in a fellowship(He always tked me but that's for another post) )

P.S. (I woke up this morning as a non-player characeter, which means someone killed me... Today is the 9th and i died on the 9th.)

So Qua'lude (QA Rename) kills me at mansion for doing nothing... heres the story........
I had been practicing my fastcast and delay casting with p o w e r and black peace keeper ii...... We were dueling outside the mansion on a flatground... we practiced for awhile and then they left.. so i went over to mansion rebuffed, chatted alittle and decided to continue practicing my delay and fast cast...

I targeted the Bot, i didn't know he was the bot then but anyways, i practiced shooting arcs at him, He was inside the mansion buffing other people, i was practicing shooting the arcs way outside of the mansion, and there was no possible way of me to hit him, because he in outside the boundries or whatever... so there is no possible way of me killing him if he's out of bounderies right? RIGHT! Then people were saying i tked the bot... (I did not tk the bot, i didn't even touch him in anyway shape or form) Then Qua'lude and Ch'ong both started attacking me at the same time for no reason... I thought they were just joking around at first, but then i was at like 20 HP and healed and ran around the mansion screaming "help, tker at mansion".. so they killed me

Lets get one thing straight... I was practicing my fast cast and delay on someone inside the house bounderies... there is no way i could have killed them and nor would i want to kill them... Ch'ong also said that i'm lieing and that i went inside the bounderies and attacked him... First of all that's a lie, second of all even if i did there is no possible way of me actually attacking the bot, not with a bolt,streak or arc... there is no possible way of me attacking him... the only way would i could attack him is if i harmed him (spell) or went up to his level on the mansion and attacked him.. i did neither... I DID NOT ATTACK THE BOT ... so for everyone who thinks and says i did, they are either mistaken and/or LIERS...

QA Rename looted my corpse of all it's items without returning them after i died..

After it all kinda settled down, i was tked again by QA Rename's alt, Dread Lord Oxygen... Again, he looted all of my items without reutrning them... but even worse he did it while i was macroing and looted all of my items just to make sure i couldn't find out who really killed me... ( Scroll up to find out the story ^ )

Also... (This is not the first time i have logged on and was a non-player-killer and had all my items looted and no corpse, in fact it happened 3 times before this matter, i was killed in the exact same spot everytime with all my items in my corpse gone) <--(i can not prove that dread lord oxygen killed me any of those times but i believe that he did)

Ok, so my point is

Dread Lord Oxygen , QA Rename has tked me 2 times and looted all my items that i can prove. He did it for no reason and i did nothing wrong and attacked nobody...

QA Rename is still currently in the clan, Austynn (Khao) said since QA Rename admitted to killing me he will only get 1 strike....

For that very reason, that is why i have left this clan, Killing other people several times and looting them is acceptable in this clan, and i don't want to have anything to do with it

1) I was not fighting at mansion
2) You don't need screen shots when the person admitted to it
3) I have a file that clearly states that he killed me

and very obviously

You do want tker's in Khao because there still are....

My point has been made and proven... I don't need to say anything else other than your clan is very unfair and does not go by it's own rules...

fighting/practicing it's all the same..you were casting WARS on the mansion grounds...a great example of why the rule was established in the first place.

Well that shows how much you know... Fighting and practicing are very different, in fighting you kill someone, in practicing you don't.. ok? Big difference

and what's wrong with casting wars on "Mansion Grounds"? nothing... because i've seen khao leaders doing that all the time and other people too..... my point proven again

you are obviously an idiot. Casting a War you need to be targetting and casting on an individual, that in effect is an attack whether or not the person was hit, killed, etc (i.e. I can evade a pks war, but since he didn't hit me he wasn't attacking me, sounds stupid, yeah that's what I thought). So again, practicing and fighting are very much the same thing. Just because YOU thought you were practicing does not mean others had the same perception.

Think outside of the box for once in your life.

mmk, quite simple here, Qua'lude TK'd (even before the mansion incident) so clearly enough, he should be effing gone, no ifs ands or buts, end of story.

this is complete BS that he is still in tls, that makes me wonder if i should stay in a clan with TK'ers there, especially when there is proof.

and i also have seen SEVERAL people fighting at mansion, just effing around, hell, im one of them, if its such a big rule, why arent these people told about it?

And whenever said people are seen fighting at the mansion, they are scolded and told to take it elsewhere.
