Take a look at these photos. Totally scary. I'd like to think I haven't changed much physically in 20 years. However that's not the case for most people. Like yesterday evening after a swim I was showering off the red tide slime at the public showers. Some people I didn't know were talking about a birthday party for this young guy of 36. They were in their 40s. Well the 36 guy walked in on them and he looked like he was old and wasted. And the 40 year olds, younger than me by a few years, looked like they could be my grand parents. All were fat and the weather had taken years off their faces. Scary stuff. Then today I see these photos. Somebody taking photos of everybody in town and then doing it again 20 years later. Looks like aging isn't nice to 99.9% of the population!
May I recommend that everybody don't do drugs, protect yourself from the sun as much as possible, get at least 40 minutes of hard cardio exercise each day, and eat right. Or become one of the casualties of premature aging like in these photos. |

It's got to be the sun. When someone is all wrinkly, in all liklihood, they worked out in the sun for their whole life. Always use sun block lotion when you are out in the sun. You definitely don't want skin cancer, either.

Like i tell everyone,why would you want to look like you died between the ages of 20 to 50 when you can look awesome w/tan. when your over 50 marreid w/kids who gives a shit what you look like =(

| who cares what you look like when your 40+, by then your married and if your spouse doesnt have a problem with it, then who cares. As long as you stay in shape and stuff and stay healthy. I dont get what a big deal your making out of it. maybe its cause i havent aged 20 years yet, or maybe i just dont pay attention to older people's looks. i think i look for the character in old people more then wrinkles and stuff. |
