The Last Stand has been carefully monitoring it's clans actions in game, as well as searching for ways to better the guild, and make it a more fun place for all, one of the main issues which has been popping up has been that of recruiting.

In the past, The Last Stand has allowed it's members to use an "Open Door" recruiting policy, however, we've come to realise that this method is no longer an option, it allows the trash of the server to sneak in, and in turn makes it seem as tho The Last Stand is knowingly harbouring them.

That being said, effective immediately, The Last Stand will no longer have an open door recruiting policy, all members wishing to take on vassals must ensure that their joining party follows a very simple procedure the details of which are explained clearly in the "Recruiting Thread" on our Message Board.

All members are from here on out responsible for ensuring this is followed exactly as we have laid out, if you fail to do so, you will earn yourself 1 of 2 strikes, the second being shown the door.

Due to this just coming into effect, we will give a grace period of 1 or 2 weeks during which time it will be constantly posted as the MOTD, and a few allegience tells will spam the link during primetime for the most possible exposure.

Any member wishing to join TLS must follow the new procedure, and again you can find it under the "Recruiting / Join TLS" thread on our Message Board.

The procedure is very simple, but used properly very effective in making sure we keep as many bad apples out as possible. I will give you a quick break down of how it's going to work.

There is a panel of 3 trusted members setup to vote on the people wishing to enter TLS, this thread is also viewable by the general public so that if something unbeknown to us exists, they have a chance to post it, and possibly hinder our decision on whether or not the said person enters our guild.

It works like this, Member X wishes to join TLS, in order for Member X to join, they must follow these simple steps:

- First register on the TLS Message Boards with their IG name if at all possible.
- Second, read and reply to the simple rules which TLS has, you must reply after reading the rules with who you are in game, and what guild your coming to as well as why it is you want to join TLS.
- Third, just kick back and wait for your results, our guys let your post stay there for a day and people will get a chance to reply if they know something, and the pre determined 3 will vote with a simple, yes or no on whether you can get in, if it's a no, a breif description will be added.

Note : All new members under-go a 1 month probation period under which you break ANY of the rules, you are out, 2 weeks into your probation you are eligible to do chain probation, you can get a list of who to talk to on the chains from the website, we have numerous chains setup which maximise XP passup, and suit each type of players playstyle/and time.

Note : If your coming from an ENEMY Guild, you will not be eligible to start chain probation for a full month, and your probationary time will be extended to 2 months, again during which time you mess up on any of the rules once, your out.

This is all an effort in bettering TLS, making the game more fun, and bettering relations with other guilds.

Thank-You,
TLS Leadership
