Posted by Pappa Smurf on January 31, 2001 at 04:18:37: I have made a new rule. ALL new smurfs that are not on the tree within three days will have to be broken out of the clan. This is so we know exactly who is in our clan. Also in addition to this, starting today. ALL new smurfs that want to join must get permission from the person they want to swear to and also all five smurfs in the smurf council. The smurf council consists of Pappa Smurf, Brainy Smurf, Klumsy Smurf, Reyhan, and Kelden. If one of us does not want you in, you will not be accepted and not put on the tree. The new level requirement for non smurf names is level 30. In addition to this, in three days if your name is not on the tree_ you will be KOS be our clan. So get your names in quickly and make sure that I have them up. And one more thing, I will be looking into getting a login for our board. If anyone has a good place for me to find one please let me know. Thanks. Pappa Smurf
