Stupid Verizon...
A phone rep gave me a due date of the end of this week and then I get a piece of mail saying
my install date is 6/4/01...Now I get to call Verizon again and bitch some more at one of their
phone reps and see why I'm getting conflicting information and what they are going to do about
it.....*grumble*
