I. Review Charter Suggestions (need to continue from last meeting and finish)

a. mission statement/prime directive (review/vote to accept)
b. rules for members

1. new item: if a member wishes to leave The Source (gasp!)
2. new item: secondary characters

c. procedure/acceptance/ceremony for new vassals
d. disiplinary actions

II. Khali will give an update on Source Census (getting everyone's name and e-mail)

III. Gatherings:

a. Friday Night 9pm - set up a standing 9pm EST Friday at the Yanshi Well for L10-20 focusing on new/potential Source Members.
b. Regular (monthly?) fun gathering of the source family -- no hunting -- just hang around in a circle and have fun.
c. I Got It, You Want It? - regular (monthly?) gathering to swap armor/weapons/etc.
