The easiest way to describe without coords is to follow the road West out of Yanshi due west, when you pass the Festival stones, the road will turn South, just go straight over the hill instead of turning.

You come down into a valley with 2 hills ahead of you. The one to your right (North) has a many Bandies, led by a Captain and a chest. The one to your left (south) has lots of various nasties but I haven't been on it to say just what.
