But wait, they want to change....as seen on Lum, recent interviws show that UO2 will include both virtual 3D sex, AND ways to purchase in-game goods and services with your credit card while playing. So, we'll all be able to roleplay tourists in Bangkok.

Last, we have Everquest. You feel the atmosphere as you arrive: enclosed, small, walled in. The lines are everywhere. "Is this the line for bread?", you ask. "No Comrade", replies the babushka in front of you, "This is the line for the sausage ration." Don't let anyone hear you complain though, the Tyrant's spies are everywhere. You're in HIS world now.....you're in 1960s Moscow.

"We hate EQ, the game sucks, we never play it, but surely someone with a ranter's attitude does and by goddamn if EQ won't go away, then lets at least write quality bullshit rants about it contest."

Fear and Loathing in Leafcull
3/30/00 - As many of you may know, my younger brother Zang from Darktide is one of the brave Zone Troopers of the glorious Darktide Invasion Army in Leafcull. He sent in this actual screenshot from his battle archives. The Leafie pictured uses the usual Leafie PK tactic when faced with danger.

3/29/00 - The worthless Leafies, perhaps resentfull under Darktide Invasion Army domination, had this to say about Darktide on the Leafcull COD board....

After glancing over the DT board one thing clicked in my mind....DarkTide is like living in the ghetto! That's right..full out urban livin!

Azile Returns to Darktide: Possible War Crimes Trial?
3/27/00 - Azile, the infamous ex-leader of a band of mass murdering fanatics known as the Alliance of Darkness, has returned to Darktide. While on vacation in Ultima she had this advice for her murderous followers:

Group war parties or "gangbangers" should no longer by the "elite" class of murderer be seen as a "nasty" word. We are not here to die. Now it is a simple method in which you MUST kill every mutherfucker in the room as fast as possible and get the hell out. Therefore, the solo or small group pker and guild will fail, where the army of red shall succeed.

Today, she posted some thoughts on the COD board about the unfairness of the recent unprovoked attack upon her by people under Xanthro.

Leave it to Xanthro's vassals to jump at the first opportunity to pk for any reason they can justify. Maybe Xanthro needs to join DVN and HOG since justified random pk gangbanging is what your members practise.

Um....Hello, Azile.....I'm guessing Xanthro's people attacked you because you're a murderous fanatic who tried to conquer thier friends in Stonehold. But that's just a guess :).

Leafcull Invasion Updates
3/26/00 - The few remaining PKs on Leafcull who hadn't fled screaming to Asheron's Altar after the infamous KOS+L effort there collapsed were shocked to find this message on the Leafcull log-in screen.

Darktide Veterans of Foriegn Wars
3/25/00 - The Darktide Invasion of Leafcull continues. The Evil Bin Akbar, Minister of Propaganda for the glorious Darktide Invasion Army has set up a page here with a list of the Darktide VFW members.
