Let it be publicly know that on March 18th in the year of our Lord 1999 (nineteen hundred and ninety nine) The Soldiers of Light™ did in fact and with the approval of the legal owner(s) and the State of Oregon, USA do the following:

Established a Real World Business Entity known as the Soldiers of Light™ and SOL™ in the fine state of Oregon USA with the following registry #'s issued by the State of Oregon Secretary of State:

Soldiers of Light™..........................681007-84

SOL™...........................................681019-80

Be it also known that  the following item(s) have been trade and service marked and are protected under federal, state,  local and international trademark laws

The Phrase(s)

Soldiers of Light (SOL)®................T/S 33280

And all rights have been secured with out limit to uses and most specifically the following "Online Entertainment", "Gaming", "Distributed Media", "World Wide Web Site", "Toys", "Literature" and "Misc.".

I further state that all additional documentation can be found in the public archives of the State of Oregon.

That All Rights rather expressed or Implied remain in the control of the company know as the Soldiers of Light™ and that use by individuals does not constitute special rights or privileges to the individual or loss of rights or privileges to the company the Soldiers of Light.

That the Fantasy Role Playing Council of the Soldiers of Light™ has no actual governing rights in the matters of said company and that the company is not bound by decisions made with respect to the operation of and/or uses of protected intellectual properties including but not limited to trade and service marks, copyrights, and licensing agreements.

And finally that this document in no way limits or states all of the legal rights of this company and/or trade and service marks owned herein.
