| I get off work. Pet my dogs. Walk my dogs, Kiss
my wife. |
| We sign on the play. I clear off Banderling Hill
since I have logged right at the bottom of it. Before I am done, Mizu
is at my side, and we start talking. |

We start talking about Darktide. Nothing is planned for the evening,
so I tell him I am going over to darktide to look it over and make
up Druss.
|

After tons of experimentation, I have found out a couple things.
1) No matter what the other classes offer, I like being a brawler
with an axe. And 2), starting with 2 100's in each of your primary
stats is essential. At the lower levels, you ride these stats for
power leveling. with 100 str and 100 end, I have 50 hit points and
can stand toe to toe with a lot of stuff.

Mizu shows up immediatly and we meet in the darktide world. Mizu
is 9th level already, and gives me approx 4000 pyr to get started.
I get some nice chainmail, and mizu buys me 1000 pyr axe. SWEET!
Mizu has to go, so I spend the rest of the night attacking drudges
and Monoungas.

| I get a pine light crossbow and some other really,
really good stuff of monounga hill, and decide that I need a Baiga
(That helmet that makes me look like a bullet) and some scale mail.
The run to uziz is a tough one, but its good for exp and gets the
heart pumping. |
| I see one person in town, Aliya, I run away so
she can't see me on radar, and ask her if she is good or evil. She
smiles and says "Good". I decide to trust her and come into town,
I don't see her anymore. I stop at the armory and start looking at
stuff, and the armory here wants to give me horrible prices for weapons
and armor, so I head down the road to another store at the end of
town and they give me the same prices. I sell. |
| I head back to the armory, and run by aliya, and
we don't say anything and I keep running. |
| get to the armory, check my radar, no one. I start
to buy stuff, get a nice sheild, some scalemail pauldrons, and buy
a Warhammer (4-8- Sweet!) |
| My persona makes an UGGGHHH!! sound, and I see
that I have been pierced, and a bowwoman is standing RIGHT NEXT TO
ME!!! (Clue number one) I run. I take off towards the Greivous vault,
heading west out of town. Her name is Desteney (Clue number two) and
she is in hot persuit. I look at my screen. Arrow did 7 damage to
me. |
| Seven? |
| I decide I can take her, stop, turn, and meet her
attack head on. I start bashing her with a warhammer, but she is doing
greivous damage to me. I tell the lovely Mare (caessa) |
| "I am going to lose this fight. Crap." |
| Suddenly, it hits me - Humans have trouble finding
good leggings! I start to swing low - bash bash - dead. Yeah Baby! |
| I take off, running EAST and away from the lifestone.
Can't let her find me. She msgs me "u messed with the wrong girl,
punk" |
| I msg her back "You're as dumb as you look. You
messed with me idiot, I was just standing in town!" |

"u attacked Aliya, she is under my protection."
"No! thats not true! I attacked no one, I swear it!"
"I believe my clan over u"

| I get a Msg from "Quick Draw" "Why u attacking
my vassals?" (Clue number three) |
| "Sir, I attacked no one!" And I do my best to explain
everything. Why I am on Darktide, how I was just running by aliya,
and the only reason Desteney was dead was because she atacked me.
He listens, long silence |
| "Ok, is desteney near you?" (Clue number four) |
| My turn for a long silence, and then I am booking
it EAST the opposite direction they last saw me. I am off the road,
and almost back to the armordillo site where all the skeltons are
just outside of uziz before I am typing again. |

"Suddenly, I do not trust you any more."
"What u mean?" Confirmation.
"You don't care about my side. I don't see you saying you believe
me."
"Where you at?"
"Quick draw, you are pathetic. You are not even good at being evil,
and that is easy. You do not care about my side of the story, you
are just trying to kep me talking so you and your punks can locate
me."

The clues all add up. When you spell Destiny wrong and its your
own name, thats one clue. When your patron uses "c00l d00d we meen
u no harm, where u at..." You know you are dealing with a punk.
When an archer RUNS UP TO YOU and attacks, you know you're dealing
with a "clan" filled with idiots.

| I get a msg every now and then "where u at?" What
a maroon. |
| He finally msgs me and says "I am grumpy tonight,
been pked twice :-( meet me and we'll talk. |
| An evil plan forms in my mind. He can't really
be this stupid can he? "I can see the lifestone in uziz from where
I am at. But anyone comes near me but you, I high tail it out of there." |
| He bites "O.k. see u there" |
| Images of fifteen year old punks dance in my brain.
Hunched over their keyboard, frantically searching for me around the
lifestone in Uziz, only, I'm fifty miles away, adventuring in a dungeon
with Joshie Trash talker, telling him of my tales of adventure. |
| I'm at the lifestone" he says. |
| "What level are you?" I say. |
| Long silence |
|
"I'm twelve."
"I bet you are."
|
|
and then I squelch him.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

| I get a msg from Aliya, "Quick draw has some gold
for u, where u at?" |
| I squelch her. |
| I get a msg from someone I do not know. |
| "Meet quick draw in town, he is sorry." |
| I squelch him too. |
|
Not a bad night, and certainly funny, but not being able to go
to town, and always worrying about dying to a gang of punks wears
in you. Its not very relaxing. Its fun for a diversion, but I like
harvestgain better.
