So...

How is everybody?

I'm LV 56, but that's no big deal. The Source is growing up!

Zak'Nafein is LV 46, (at least!).
Kumo is LV 45.
Sister C is 48.
Druss is 46.
Mizu-No and Mhali both hit 40 recently!
Drake is nearly 41!
Acid Sin is LV 42.
Oberion is around 35, and Sensai just hit 35!
Chinook just hit 36 (I think he made 35 in July)

Those are significant numbers!

We have some powerhouse fighters in this group.

Kumo is a 3-school unarmed who can throw fists with the best of them. No template errors except for his much vaunted use of bow ;) You'll find him slaughtering Olthoi by the dozens and preparing for the time when his character is in his mind ready to go on extensive raids. Check Kumo's stats and you'll see speed and power, and if you check his inventory you'll see a Hollow Katar. What else does he need?

Zak'Nafein, is a SPEC'D Life archer/dagger 3-school who can toss LV 5 vulns at LV 46 and who will only get better. He can one-shot Berserkers, and if he drops an Imperil V and Blade Vuln V on an opponent, rest assured he can drop any PK in one shot as well. Zak's dagger skills are nothing to laugh at either...it's possible that Zak, out of all of us, has the most PvP potential.

Sister C is a two-school melee who must be approaching LV 5 vulns. I keep reminding her that if she hadn't taken Missle D and Bow, she could have had Creature and Spec'd Life ;) But if you have Life Magic, Bow skill is pretty sweet...just vuln and fire! The thing you have to remember about C's template is that she has Life Magic and 300 Dagger skill. What else does she need?

Then of course we have Druss who cannot be killed by any melee his level and who specializes in blasting unbuffed mages for damage in the 100's ;) Also, if he has mages along to vuln for him, you'd better run =) Druss is well known for having a lot of HP and for not letting evil get his stuff.

For pure PvP potential, you needn't look any further than Acid Sin and Mhali, our two high LV Source Mages. Mhali has Spec'd Life, and should be casting Level VI VULNS pretty soon (you remember them, they're the things that you don't want to get hit with). I'm not sure about Acid's template, but I'm sure he's a strong fighter...I know this because I've fought him. =)

Oberion is an extreme sword template who attacks at about 500 mph. He's probably going to end up 3-school soon if he isn't already.

Drake is an axe guy who comes along on quests =) Much like Druss, he has a cheating axe that protects him from damage and hits for ridiculous amounts. He also has Life Magic, which means that he can solo raid much more effectively than TSS or Druss or any of the Melee gimps.

Chinook has stuck it out for 36 levels with a template that at first looks like crap, but when you look closer, you realize that he's actually a double threat with the max possible stats in Dagger AND Melee Defense (Chinook will be a demon once he hits 45 or so, starts casting Defender V, and gets a Virindi Mask) and respectable Bow skill which can drop metal-helm fools where they stand. A mage along to vuln makes it even better.

TSS has the highest magic defense in the Source, can buff his AL to over 1000 vs. all elements, has an attack skill of 410 if you factor in his spear's attack bonus and HS VI which he can now cast. He also has 300 melee defense buffed, 375 if you factor in Defender VI and the defense bonus on his spear. He has 210 HP BASE. TSS can buff his run to 325, his Lore to 230, and has tremendous equipment, much of it due to donations from his great vassals. TSS' owner used to think TSS sucked for PvP, but he's actually pretty good. Unfortunately, TSS cannot debuff his opponents, so in a matchup where his enemy has had sufficient time to prepare, he usually takes it in the rear =)

Yes, the Source has grown up.
