| Cyblade and
I work our eay up to the Ice Golem Shrine. Hoping to find a billion
ice golems, and and endless respawn. |
| When we get there, we see 3 mages and an archer. No one else for
a hundred miles, as we are deep, deep, deep north west. But there
are four people here. |
| Cyblade and I talk about taking off, as there is not an endless
spawn. About every 2 mins, two golems spawn and are quickly cut down
by the archer and three mages. Not going to be too many motes here...

| Five minutes go by with us just standing by watching, trying to
decide where we are going to go... |
| I'm not the type to jump in line, camp other people's spots, or
attempt to take their spots. Not my style. |
| Suddenly, the three mages take off and run through a North Dires
portal that is right next to the spawn site. The Archer, Theolyne,
walks down to the bottom of the hill, sits down just on the edge of
our radar, and suddenly, Cyblade and I are alone as the golems spawn.

| We kill 5-10 golems and then Cyblade and I discuss what has just
happened. I go down over the lip, and say "Theolyne? You are welcome
to join us. We did not mean to take your spot." |
| She types in "Theonlyne smiles" rises, and comes up to greet me.

| "I have been here for days. It is o.k. that you have a turn." |
| Have you ever heard of such a thing? Two new people show up, and
the four here vacate the area so that we may hunt for a while? Even
going down to the bottom of the hill to be unobtrusive? We talk some
more, and she watches while Cyblade and I start to kill the golems
that spawn very infrequently. Then she starts to buff our weapons.
We tell her to take turns with us, and she starts to kill a golem
every now and then. |
| I ask her how many motes she has. |
| "I do not have any motes, but my friend has gotten two here. You
are welcome to have any motes I find. Motes do not produce a bow,
so I have no need of them" |

| This must be how people feel when they meet one of our alliance.

| Cyblade has to log soon, and for some reason, both of us are getting
lag horrible, and I get disconnected once, then sign back on. Cyblade
has the same thing happen, and then kills some more and loggs for
the night. |
| I am standing talking with Theolyne, and invite her to join our
alliance. Not because of any exp gain, or size gain, or title gain,
or so she can get cool loot, but because she belongs with us. |
| I get lagged horrible again, and the entire screen freezes, just
as two golems spawn. |
| Ten seconds go by, and then my screen adjusts, snaps back into reality,
and I see a golem pounding on me, and a golem pounding on her. Only
thing is, she is shooting mine, oblivious to the one on her, trying
to save me. I snap back in and see a huge icy club of a hand, smash
her in the head, and blood shoots out of her, and I hear a groan.
Still she continues to work on mine, trying to save me since I can't
save myself. |
| My screen snaps again, and I can MOVE!! I get into fight mode, smash
my golem, and rush over and finish off hers. |

| The pure definition of an Anti Paladin. |
| An alliance monarch who hangs out in the dires and needs a lot of
counseling. His perversion of the word HONOR offends me deeply. Just
the mere mention of his name fills me with rage. Public enemy number
one of the Source, and if they ever allow guild wars, his alliance
will be the first to be crushed beneath our heel. The sad thing is,
he might have some followers who are kind, so do not take it out on
them that they do not understand the evil this man personifies. |
| I was watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer the other night, and Faith
is much like this man. Faith the Anti Slayer. A psychopath who believes
that all her troubles in life come from Buffy, who has everything
she wants, and can't get out of life. She sees things through a distorted
lens, and there is a twisted logic to her feelings, but its very twisted. |
| Ramtha Ka is like this. |
| Here's the story. |
| Ramtha Ka attacks a Drudge Ravenor outside Fort Teth. The drudge
brings in a few friends to help, and Ramtha Ka has to flee the battle,
having killed NOT EVEN ONE DRUDGE. He life stone recalls, rest, heals,
and then runs back to the scene of the battle. |
| At the scene of the battle is Miko
and Garurumon,
having killed all three drudges. |
| Ramtha Ka, enraged, posts to the newsgroups that Garurumon and Miko
are kill and loot stealers. |
| I post back that both are fine men, and he should watch who he slanders
and think about his actions. He has just slandered two good men in
the name of loot, on a monster he never killed. |
| He responds that if they had any honor, they would not have looted
his kill, and that it is sad that they have no honor. |
| I respond quite a bit more harshly, and luckily, many people also
start to respond to this thread. |
| Testimonials to how Gar and Miko have helped them repeatedly around
Fort Teth. Many people post that if you left the scene of battle,
you don't get loot rights dumbass. Many more think that Ramtha Ka
is a huge crybaby. |
| Despite the number of posts pointing out that Ramtha Ka is in the
wrong, and has tried to despoil the reputation of two good men, does
he apologize? |
| Of course not! |
| In true anti paladin fashion, he laments the fact that the people
who responded, all have no honor, and that the world is in a sad state.
But that he will continue to fight with honor, but its hard with so
many people against him. |

| In true heroic assassin fashion, Mizu
then challenges Ramtha Ka to a duel, and that they should both go
to the PK alter so that they can fight. Ramtha Ka has insulted me
and the Source, and Mizu will not stand for it! |
| Ramtha Ka responds with more tripe that makes me see red. But this
time, I do not respond. It is clear that Ramtha Ka will never apologize
for his slander, or his actions, and no amount of logic from me, or
anyone else will change his twisted self image. |
| Public enemy number one of the Source. |
| But, do not msg this guy, or respond when you see him. There is
nothing in game that we can do that would not make us look bad. Except
PK him if he ever becomes PK. But I doubt that will happen. Take the
high road source, this one isn't going to change his tune. |
