I get to town and the place is deserted. I run to the armor shop and throw
my packpack on the counter. The Armorer dumps everything out and gives me
16K for it. I am now at 146% burden. I turn to go to the jewlers and see two
red dots making a b-line for me.

I try to turn and run but, I am just too heavy and they are smacking me from
behind. I turn, heal to full, and get in battle mode. The first guy is level
22 named Dragoon and the other was an unknown level (I think he was around
the other guys level by the look of his equipment and for how many hit
points he must have had) by the name of Magma.

They are both on me swinging and hitting for around 3-8 a shot. I swing at
Dragoon and I hear him scream as I rip 65 points of health from him. I swing
again and take 20 something more. He runs.

I heal to full and turn to Magma. I swing and hear him scream as well, now
missing 45 health. I smack him a couple more times in the 20's and he runs
too.

They didn't go far, they wanted to buff. I ran over to one and nailed him
while he had his wand out. He takes off and his buddy goes with him. I have
no chance at catching these guys with 146% burden so I start to run to my
mule spot.

As I get there, 2 red dots come onto my radar and I get nailed with an arrow
for 30 health. It was Magma and Dragoon coming back for revenge. I then pull
out my wand and portal back to the citadel.

I portal back and mule very quickly, rebuff and run back to town. They are
both gone. Oh, well. After dropping off some wands for Nicholas, TSS gave me
a much better shield and I figured I should try it out. Back to the Citadel
:)

A while later, I see Druss and Sister C getting ready for something. I ask
whats up, turns out that Druss dropped a body in the chest room. Okay, good
goal here, I'm in. Lets make this short and say after a bunch of tries, we
get Druss's body and now mine (out of the several I dropped in this little
event) is the only one left, and it is near the chest room, ugh. Somewhere
in there, Chinook and Mizu joined us along with a couple of the locals.

We all go back in, fight our way through everything. There was a Giga
sitting near my bod and guess what........ He was nice enough to carry a
KEY!!!!! That's right, the curse is broken!!!!!! I thought Druss was kidding
at first. Good thing I dropped that last body, lol.

Now we're all standing around talking in this high spawn spot and Druss
suggests we burn the key and then we can have more fun collecting bodies.
Everyone agrees and we start on our way.

We thrashed that room. It was great. Druss gave me the key to burn (thanks
bud), I got some fire throwing clubs, lol and a swordstaff. I can't remember
exactly what the stats are on it but I think it was something like something
to 16 damnage, bd II +8% Melee defence. TSS??

Sister C then summoned a portal out for us!! You go girl!

Thank you all for a great night and for all your help with my curse. We have
such a great group!!!!!!
