OK Get Ready for this one people this
Mages I apologize in advance for this
WTF over? When we first get there a mage is hunting
the area with what comes to be standard mage hunting procedure IE.
Hit the thing with big nasty spells till ya get it over half killed
and then run it into a group of the source flunkies and let them
finish it off since it going to kill you if they don't. Now this
happened everywhere we went in the dungeon. I finally told that
first mage Fueillen or something that we were on an outing for the
Youth of the source and could he please hunt elsewhere and presto
he apologized and off he went saying that he would appreciate it
if I gave him a call when we were done. This procedure seems to
happen every where I go now a days Later on in the evening I was
so frustrated that when a mage ran that noble on us I helped kill
it then stopped firing at the solider that was chasing the mage
and looted the Nobles body I was THIS { } close to taking everything
on it. I was soo mad But then I realized that I could not even blame
it on some other schmoo because it was THE SOURCE and this ass and
that's it So I backed off and he is lucky cause in most Role Playing
Games I am the epitome of the Chaotic Good Thief. If you are not
my friend and I think my friends need it or deserve it more I'll
snatch it from ya But for some reason I hooked up with some sort
of paladin as a leader and his good opinion of me means something
for some reason. Soo I backed off. And let him have everything.
In Retrospect I probably should not be soo mad about it. But the
next Dude that comes along is a cross bowman I go to get the noble
out and the Unknown Crossbowman runs a block on him and kills the
noble dead. I am now REALLLY irritated. I say some harsh things
then I realize I am not mad at this dude I am mad at us for not
working better as a team. At least 3 people should have known what
I was doing so we could get the kill. And no one did.
And....
I found a pair of leggings that Miko now has. Silver
Yoroi Leggings AL 177 imp II? And endurance something or other on
them. This is THE ONLY piece of GOOD Armor I have EVER found. That
right folks what I am wearing now has been begged and borrowed and
traded for. The Bows I use come from vassals I have NEVER found
a decent piece of equipment on my own till last night.
Soo as Gryff and I say a lot... "I put Him on the
LIST" Me and Gryff have a LIST of Kill On Site monsters. Nay go
out of your way to find them to kill them cuz they drop god treasure
The list includes Ravenors and Virindi and now Nobles And right
after I put the noble on the list of things that I will gladly accept
5% viatea to kill. We miss the opportunity to kill him like 3 times
in a row. And one that I know of had AWESOME treasure on it. And
here is the other thing I find a NICE bow I mean a real nice bow
And as with every thing I find you have to be aluvian to use the
damn thing
I mean REALLY COME ON !!!!
Since I hit about level 25 I have seemed to become
weaker than other people my level
I cant item enchant
I cant portal
I cant imperil
Last night was very Frustrating to me AND another
thing It seems that in the Source that the high power people just
keep getting more and more powerful stuff and not a lot is trickling
down to the lower levels I make it a point when my mule is on that
I run through Yanshi looking for source member to hand stuff out
too And Who EVER has my Green Chain Hauberk can I get that back
please?
And ohh yeah
Good Job Guys We camped Othoi and with minor exceptions
we wrecked them Thanks to Draco and Rhodry and Gar for the heals
and portals when it was time to go
