Noone had messaged me last night except Beryl
asking me if I needed help. Thanks Beryl.
I started the cellar with Jerod.
THE CELLAR HAD NOONE it was COMPLETELY EMPTY THE ENTIRE NIGHT.
We killed a few Mossies on the way and camped on the last room
before the jump down to the Liches until I hadno more Teth Vitae
left. Then I went nd opened the dorr, ran back and we killed the
3 mossies behind the door. As we stood in the room with the errrie
green glow... I asked Jerod, " You ready to go? Its Do or Die man"
and he said "Lets do it" So feeling it wouldnt be a Nike Commercial
without Doing IT. I jump and Jerod follows... I buff both of us
and head to room number one. I get bum rushed near the bottom of
the incline by 4 Undead, which die faster then they could call for
their Mommy. Jerod exclaims, "Geeeezuz" I quickly SHUSH him due
to the 3 liches intently waiting for us to move a hair so they can
pick us up with their cold lifeless eyes and beat us to a bloody
pulp and feast on our brains...
I inch to the main room with the 2 liches and proceed to Snype
the first one, within 30 seconds 3 of them are around me and one
got behind me, I yell, GO BACK TO THE GREEN ROOM NOW.... and After
he goes I sink one more arrow into the eye socket of a lich and
the glow in its eyes dimms and goes out and it slumps in a pile
as I madly run back to heal in the main room and buff again. We
buff and heal. Jerod does a great job with Healing kits and is really
getting the sense of terror that I felt my first time down there.
We proceed again and I quickly have to retreat being pummelled with
3 spells in a row... They were ready for me... I heal quickly and
charge ahead and this time I take the 2nd one down quickly and Jerod
finished the 3rd one off. I push him to press on and down the slope
in case they spawned quickly. We get to the bottom and for some
reason the Lich guarding the Lever was fixed on Jerod. I said dont
move, and I strafe into the room as to only pick off the lich and
not alarm the undead in the room nextdoor. But Jerod moves and the
lich charges him Lighting him up for many many pts dmg. As he runs
frantically I managed to critically hit him twice and only need
to hit him once to finish him off as I prayed Jerod could keep dodging
for one more good shot.
I get that shot and the Lich Dies AS he is CASTing the spell to
END Jerods life, I get the kill before the spell can go off and
jerod heals as I charge the Undead and finish him off. We buff and
heal in the lever room, flip the lever and proceed to work our way
into the 2 lich one mossie room. The AI has gotten smarter. I pick
off the first lich and Jerod comes around my left and all of a sudden
the other lich the mossie on top and the Shamen from the next hallway
bumrush us. We pull back as I finish the other lich and the Shamen
loses interest and finish the little mossie barking his little rant.
Ok We take a quick breather and I press on as we have only few
seconds to spare before that other level room door closes. We dispatch
the last 2 mossies and I yank the lever and push him thru to the
winding S hallway where 2 more liches are. I remember this is a
fast door so we have to kill them fast. I do some STRAFING to avoid
the spells and end up dispatching the 2 liches with little trouble.
We rush thru the open door that slams shut 15 seconds later. I see
one Scalve at the bottom of the drop trying to get at us so I shoot
it dead from the top and we jump down to buff and heal... I explain
to him the layout of the rest of the room and the creatures within
and devise a plan.
"I will go in and take out the head boss and come back to get you
and we will rush the last 2 together" Sounds like a nifty plan...
I run in Imeril Pierce Vuln SHOOT BAM Kill the head scalve in one
shot. 1 Se Scalve rushes me as the other lets loose some War spells.
I dodge the spells and take out the distant Scalve as Jerod finishes
off the closer scalve with his sword singing and glowing with sheer
skill... I yell, "THE DAGGER IS OURS" We go in clean up the room
and Jerod gets his dagger laying on the ground where the dead body
of the Head Scalve once was.
Victory was ours this day. The dagger was very powerful in Jerod
Sinj's hands. Even more deadly then he imagined. May it serve him
well...
