This is really long and not an easy read. I apologize in advance but
ask you to give it a chance. I think its worth the effort.

Last night Druss heard de Hodag call his name for real for the first
time. ;)

But it had to be set up beforehand so I get home as early as I can
from work and run Bill Hodag to the festival grounds from the Yanshi
tunnels where was last seen portal logging from Head Basher.

I want him up somewhere high so he can yell at Druss and while I'm
running I'm discussing the plan with TSS so I make sure its ok with
him.

If you're not familiar with Druss and "Bill Hodag", I suggest you ask
him to tell you the story. He tells it better than I do.

Get to the festival grounds, jump on the farmer's tent and while
talking to TSS a couple red dots I dunno close in. One says, "Hey
Bill, can I ask you a question?"

Answer is of course NO as I log right in the middle of my
conversation with TSS. It took me 15 minutes to run his ass here
from Yanshi, I ain't doin' it again.

Log back in as PK Killer, the dark dressed PK assassin I'd created
and start running him towards the festival grounds as I talk with TSS.

2 more red dots show up on radar.

PK Killer is at about 12 life (out of 50) after his last bout with
Meow Mix' in the tunnels, and as I ID the dots, I see one is called
Sensai, a name I don't recognize, and Drake Draco.

I really don't want Drake to know who I am or what's going on as
tonight's Hodag appearance is supposed to be a surprise, so I keep
running. Ha, fat chance, they come flying at me at warp speed.

I do the only thing possible in my situation.

I surrender. ;)

I'm standing there hands in the air, knees knocking (check the
animation) as I tell TSS I'm being interrogated by Drake Draco. The
conversation goes like this:

Drake Draco says, "Are you PK?"

This tells me 2 things.

1) The name PK Killer probably doesn't send the clear message I'd
intended in the first place.
2) Drake doesn't read my stories. PK Killer was featured in my short
story from the other day. ;)

You say, "What do you mean, PK?"
Drake Draco says, "We are anti PK. We kill PK'ers."
You say, "I am a PK Killer. I kill PK's."
Sensai says, "You better stay away from us."
The Silent Spearman tells you, "Are they attacking you? Tell me what
they say! Pretend you're a PK!"
Drake Draco says, "Well, if I see you PK anyone I will kill you"

The above is paraphrased for brevity as my chat log didn't go back
that far, but the gist is TSS thought it was the cat's pajamas that
Drake was interrogating me near Yanshi and wanted to see what their
reaction would be.

After they let me go, I ran PK to the lifestone and out to the
festival grounds again, jumping him up to the same spot above the
farmer and talking to TSS.

At this point TSS starts sending Drake tells he'd "received" from me
threatening him, Drake, and insulting everyone in the allegiance, and
relaying those tells back to me!

"should I hunt him?""
The Silent Spearman tells you, "lol"
The Silent Spearman tells you, "Just goes to show the amount of social

Surrender mode, yet the two of 'em were still threatening. ;)"

Lol, not me, but I just play dumb and send it off to TSS.

Herrimone tried and failed to assess you!

Dammit, as I'm standing there talking to him, Herrimone showed up
unnannounced.

Night as PK Killer, Drake will laugh his ass off."

Here it gets complicated to follow, and I apologize. I'm talking to
TSS, stalling Drake and talking directly to Herrimone. When I "say"
something, it's directed to Herrimone, whom I now have to obfuscate
as well...

Drake Draco tells you, "you want to fight me one on one??? are you
stupid?"
You tell The Silent Spearman, "wanna drop a real knife atop the tent
here but don't want her to see me"

Herrimone says, "are you friend or foe?"
You say, "That's a philosophical question"

I go into my Bill Clinton impersonation, "It depends on what your

Which, of course, is the truth. I've little idea how much trash TSS
is talking to Drake for me...

That was more fun and entertaining than poor Bill Hodag's appearance
later on. Drake never gave him a chance to use five different
weapons and swing and miss Druss with every one. ;)

So just remember what I'm warning you. That monarch of yours is pure
evil at heart. ;)
