Looks like I'm a bit behind schedule.

Anyhow, there have been some rumblings at my household that I'm not
devoting enough time to looking for a job, and though I have improved my
daily routine to include such things as doing the laundry, (gasp!) cooking,
working out, tanning, and cleaning my room and the basement, it seems like
it's time to take the next step.

In any case, I will be imposing upon myself a one-week ban from
Asheron's Call, during which time I can hopefully remember some of my MSCE
training (almost all of which is a distant memory for me) and set up some
interviews. Failing that (it's hard to sound convincing in an interview
when you forget 99% of your training), I figured I would do something that I
have always wanted to do: design a theoretical network (just to see if I
can).

Let me add the usual disclaimer here: No, I'm not quitting,
rerolling, or anything like that (I can't stand having anything besides 100
STR so my rerolling options are pretty limited), and I will definitely be
back.

Also, I'm not taking this break because Asheron's Call is getting
boring or frustrating, because that's not the case either.

When I return in a week, hopefully you'll be talking to someone who
is on the verge of being employed and sleeping normal hours. (Sleeping
normal hours is hard to do when you have no routine.)

I'm looking forward to coming back and having some fun with all of
my great AC friends, at which time we'll plan Fight Night V (I'll be taking
care of that one, since I've been a non-factor in the organization of the
other Fight Nights) and maybe a Source outing or two (I think attacking Kara
one Saturday afternoon would be an interesting venture, be prepared for some
Vitae though).

PS: If anyone wants a good town to raid, let me once again suggest
Hebian-to. If you camp the entrance to town on the beach for a few minutes,
someone (Mage Crimson, Moon X L, Achtepa, Red Dragon X L, Sacre X L, Dr
Ballard, any number of Dark Nee or X L noobs) will come along for you to
beat on. BRING A MAGE, raiding solo is very risky :)
